Application Portal Requirements & Guidelines

Any dimension benchmarks (such as 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm), aspect ratios, or maximum file-size references (such as 20KB, 50KB, or 100KB) provided on our website are typical examples based on common online submission standards. Specifications vary across portals and are subject to update by respective examination boards.

Users are strictly advised to review the official application bulletin and portal instructions before submitting their photographs, signatures, or documents.

File Size & Compression Limitations

PicFixer applies client-side HTML5 Canvas algorithms to adjust image quality and dimensions. Because output size depends heavily on image detail, color variety, and individual browser rendering engines:

Target KB values represent a maximum threshold rather than an exact byte-for-byte guarantee.
Lossless formats such as PNG retain pixel structure and may not compress down to very small targets without substantial dimension resizing.
Always open and inspect your downloaded image or PDF to verify legibility and compliance before uploading it to official systems.

No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

PicFixer provides its tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. In no event shall PicFixer be liable for any missed application deadlines, rejection of submitted forms, loss of data, or visual artifacts arising from the use of this utility.
